FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OF $150 +

Delivery:

•  We ship all orders using USPS and the delivery time is an estimation based on your location. We do not provide refunds for late delivery.

Processing:

•  Our made to order turn around time is currently 7-21 business days not including shipping time. Business days are Monday-Friday. 

Undeliverable Packages:

• If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an invalid address the buyer will be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee before we are able to re ship the order.

Lost/Stolen Packages/Insurance:

• USPS Priority Mail is the only option that comes with insurance which protects against lost and stolen packages. COCO KINI is not responsible for refunding, tracking, or replacing lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen you will need to contact USPS to set up a claim.

Incorrect Address:

• The buyer is responsible for inputting the correct address at checkout. We recommend double checking your address before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped we can not reroute it. If it is returned back to us the buyer will be responsible for re shipping fees.
